Online Customer Center


Our online customer service center has a way for you to get in touch with just the person you need for your FGUA business. Choose from one of the following options or contact us.

Mandatory notice per Florida Statute 668.6076:
Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

To set up an account with FGUA, contact your local customer service office (see below) and have ready:

  1. - Name(s) to place on the account
  2. - Service address
  3. - Billing address
  4. - Account holder's driver's license
  5. - Last four digits of account holder’s Social Security number
  6. - Proof of address (closing forms, title deed, lease, etc.)
  7. - Deposit in the form of check or money order. This fee may be waived if you have a letter of credit from a previous utility faxed to your FGUA customer service office. To qualify, you must have had at least 12 months of service and no more than 3 late payments with the previous utility. The following table explains the deposit schedule:
    Golden Gate Deposit:$182
    Lehigh Deposit:$150 (water/sewer)
    $80 (water only)

To disconnect service or change a billing address, contact your local customer service office.
