Development Application Fees

Fees are a fact of life, but at the FGUA, we work to try and minimize the fees in the development application process as much as possible.

The fees here are provided for informational purposes only as exact fees are determined according to actual project specifications.

Plan Review Fee

BASE: $300, plus $25 for each sheet over 9

RESUBMISSION: 50% of base plan review fee, plus $12.50 for each sheet over 9

MODIFICATION: 25% of base plan review fee plus $6.25 for each sheet over 9

Inspection Fee

Based on 1.5% of total construction cost (from engineer’s probable opinion of probable construction cost), $300 minimum

Lehigh Acres

Residential and non-residential
Water: One ERC = 255 gallons per day at $2,695.68 per ERC
Wastewater: One ERC = 171 gallons per day at $2,839.17 per ERC

Golden Gate

Residential and non-residential
Water: One ERC = 350 GPD at $1,950 per ERC
Wastewater: One ERC = 350 GPD at $1,525 per ERC

Seven Springs

Residential
Water: One ERC = 300 GPD at $3,000 per ERC
Wastewater: One ERC = 129 gallons per day at $1,650 per ERC

Non-residential
Water: $10 per GPD
Wastewater: $12.79 per GPD

Aloha Garden

Residential
Water: One ERC = 270 GPD at $126.86 per ERC
Wastewater: One ERC = 270 GPD at $117.06 per ERC

Non-residential
Water: 47 cents per GPD
Wastewater: 43.4 cents per GPD
