Change of Operator
The Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA) has contracted with U.S. Water Services/Wade Trim (USWWT) to provide operations, billing and customer services to the Lehigh Acres and Golden Gate utility systems beginning October 1, 2011. For more information, click here.

Please note that some customers are receiving notices that appear to come from the FGUA regarding water service and that urge customers to call as soon as possible. These are not from the FGUA and are in most cases a sales company. Any contact from the FGUA will clearly specify the Florida Governmental Utility Authority and will list the local number where we can be reached, 727-372-0115, not an 800 or out of area number.
