The FGUA would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest Aqua customers. Listed below are several methods that customers may use to make payments:
Online Bill Pay allows customers to see their monthly statements and pay by Visa, Master Card, or Discover credit card. For a list of FAQ’s and solutions to common problems regarding online bill pay, please click here.
Pay Via Phone
Balance inquiries and payments can be made anytime by calling our automated payment system. Visa, Master Card, Discover credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks can be used to make a payment.
To make a payment or check your balance by phone: call 1-855-396-1256.
Save time and money with E-Z Pay. E-Z Pay requires enrollment and involves automatically transferring funds from a bank or checking account to pay your monthly bill.
Download the FGUA E-Z Pay Authorization Agreement and return it to the nearest customer service office listed on the back of the form and your account will automatically be paid every month.
Send Payment By Mail
Customers may send a check or money order to the FGUA billing center located in Cape Coral, Florida. Bills should be sent to the appropriate PO BOX located at the BOTTOM of their billing statement.
Face to Face
Customers are welcome to make a payment in person by visiting one of the five FGUA customer service offices located throughout the state of Florida.
Customers may also make a payment in person at select Amscot locations or any Western Union location. Customers using Western Union should request to fill out the “Blue Payments Form” before making an FGUA payment.
