Alachua County is currently home to the FGUA Arrendondo Estates System near Gainseville. The FGUA provides water service to several hundred customers in the system.
Citrus County is currently home to five systems that are owned and operated by the FGUA.
Castle Lake, Kenwood North, Pine Valley, The Meadows, and West Citrus are water-only systems.
On March 28, 2013, the FGUA acquired certain water and wastewater utility assets owned by Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. and Crystal River Utilities, Inc. located in Citrus County, Florida.

In Flagler and Volusia Counties, (FGUA Flagler System) Plantation Bay is a water and wastewater system. Eagle Lakes is a water and wastewater system. Beverly Beach is a water and wastewater system interconnected with the City of Palm Coast.

Hardee County is currently home to one system that is owned and operated by the FGUA. This system is a smaller system with only a few hundred customers.
Peace River Heights serves both Water & Wastewater in this System. Peace River Heights system is located off Chamberlain Blvd., approximately one and half (1.5) miles southeast of the city of Wauchula on CR 17/35. FGUA serves approximately 100 customers.

FGUA provides water and sewer service via a Utilities Privatization contract with the federal government, serving approximately 15,000 customers.
