Customer Committees

The FGUA takes an active role in working with the communities that we serve. One of the ways that the FGUA engages with customers is through Customer Committees. These committees provide FGUA customers with a voice through representation by fellow community members.

Committees are typically comprised of customers in a specific service area who volunteer their time to offer the FGUA input on various utility related activities. Members also function as a liaison between the FGUA and their communities to communicate important system related information.

Active Committees

The FGUA currently has four active customer committees throughout Florida. These committees assist the FGUA by providing insight and feedback into how existing capital projects, system financials, community outreach, customer service activities, and policies and procedures are impacting customers.
