eBilling Statements

eBilling is a service that the FGUA provides for customers who wish to receive their billing statements via email instead of by postal service. In order to enroll in eBilling, customers must have a valid email address. Customers should also have already established service.

To enroll, fill out the online form below or simply contact your local office. Customer service representatives are available to assist with setting up your account for eBilling. To determine which local office you should contact, please visit our “Hours and Locations” page.

Please note: Your participation in eBilling is completely voluntary and you may change your preference at any time by contacting your local FGUA Customer Service office.  Some notices may still be sent to you via paper, so it is important that you update your mailing address in addition to your e-mail address should any changes occur.   The FGUA is not responsible for E-bills not received due to the customer’s service provider issues or other issues outside of the FGUA’s authority.

A confirmation notification will be sent once this form is submitted.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for e-billing to begin.

Please be aware - the confirmation email you will receive will be sent from update@opus21ms.com, the billing contractor, and not an FGUA email address.
