The FGUA Board of Directors approved water and sewer rate adjustments for Beverly Beach customers in Flagler County on February 19, 2026.

The FGUA Board of Directors approved the City of Palm Coast pass-through fees at the Thursday, February 19, 2026 Board of Directors Meeting. These fees affect the FGUA Beverly Beach service area, which receive bulk water and wastewater services from interconnections with the City of Palm Coast. The City of Palm Coast recently approved increases in its bulk water and wastewater rates. As per the terms of the FGUA’s Rate Resolution and agreement with the City of Palm Coast, those costs are then passed on to the FGUA and to our customers. A 16 percent water and sewer consumption rate adjustment will go into effect for Beverly Beach Customers on March 1. Beverly Beach customers received a mailed notice after the adjustment was approved.
