The FGUA continues our efforts improving your customer service experience. New Service Applications and Termination of Service Forms can now be submitted online. All current outages and customer notices are available online. Customers may continue paying bills online, in addition to our toll-free automated pay-by-phone system and automatic checking (EZ-Pay) options. Customers are welcome to contact their local Customer Service Office by phone for assistance, schedule a meeting with a Customer Service Team Member, visit their local Customer Service Office, or use our e-mail form to reach us.
More service improvements are on the way, including a refreshed website for visitors to find what they are looking for more quickly, an updated Outages and Notices page, more online forms, and other changes coming soon.
