Advanced Temporary Service Interruption Rescheduled:
The FGUA will be temporarily interrupting service on Tuesday, March 28, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., as FGUA Maintenance staff adds an extension to the four-inch water main at the intersection of Woodsman Drive and Angus Valley Drive. Service will be interrupted for 59 residents. The following address ranges will be affected by this Advisory:
- 26201 Chianina Drive
- 6532-6950 Woodsman Drive
- 6829-6971 Mangrove Drive
- 26305-26135 Twin Pines Court
- 6953-6966 Angus Valley Drive
- 6600-6723 Nathan Court
Following restoration of water service, a Precautionary Boil Water Notice Advisory will be in effect and will be rescinded once water samples indicate the water is safe to drink, most likely by Friday, March 31. During the Advisory, FGUA encourages customers follow United States Center for Disease Control guidelines, and bring water used for cooking or drinking to a rolling boil for one minute before using for removing possible bacteria or viruses. Alternatively, bottled water may be used. The FGUA apologizes for any inconvenience caused during this repair. Customers with questions may call the FGUA at (727) 372-0115.
