Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA) reclaimed water system customers in the Consolidated-Mad Hatter System may experience low water pressure outside of permitted Pasco County watering times. The FGUA receives reclaimed water from Pasco County, and the county reduces water pressure outside of permitted watering periods to adhere to existing watering restrictions noted in County Ordinances.
As our host government, the FGUA follows existing potable and reclaimed watering restrictions in our Pasco County-are systems. The FGUA requests customers following existing Pasco County Reclaimed Water Use Restrictions, watering between the hours of 12 a.m. to 8 a.m., or 6:00 p.m. to 11:59 a.m. For a schedule of permitting reclaimed watering restrictions by address, please visit Pasco County’s website at the following link:
Customers that experience low water pressure during the permitted reclaimed water service use hours, or have other questions regarding their service may contact the FGUA Pasco Customer Service Office at (727) 372-0115.
